Crystal Renee Hayslett Foundation
Amplifying education, mental health & financial literacy
We provide resources and literature that help underserved communities advance — because opportunity should never be decided by a zip code.
Our why
Our mission is to amplify education, mental health, and financial literacy in underserved communities — providing resources and literature that help ensure advancement where it is too often overlooked.
Our vision is a world where every underserved community has equitable access to education, mental health support, and financial literacy — empowering individuals to break cycles of disadvantage and build sustainable futures.

Call Me MiSTER® Program
Expanding Horizons Through Global Learning
The CRH Foundation proudly supported seven Call Me MiSTER® scholars from the University of Tennessee at Martin by fully funding their educational study abroad experience in Panama. Our investment removed financial barriers, allowing students—many of whom were first-generation college students or from low-income backgrounds—to participate in their first international travel experience.
While abroad, scholars explored Panamanian history and culture, visited local schools to examine global approaches to education, and learned directly from Indigenous Guna and Emberá communities. The experience broadened their perspectives, strengthened their leadership as future educators, and created lifelong relationships that continue to inspire both their personal and professional journeys.
"For many of our scholars, this was their first time leaving the United States and experiencing another culture. Because of the CRH Foundation's generosity, they gained an opportunity that will shape both their lives and the students they will one day teach." - Dr. Austin Ferrell, Director for Call Me MISTER
Restoring Joy, Wellness & Community During the Holidays
The CRH Foundation partnered with My Sister's House to create a meaningful holiday wellness experience for women and families, providing a day dedicated to healing, self-care, and connection. Recognizing that true wellness extends beyond physical health, the event was intentionally designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit.
Residents participated in guided conversations with licensed counselors, helping create a safe space for reflection, encouragement, and emotional well-being. Guests also enjoyed an energizing Pilates session, interactive Heart Check wellness stations that promoted self-awareness and personal growth, thoughtfully curated self-care bags filled with essential wellness items, and a community brunch that fostered fellowship, celebration, and belonging.
By creating moments of care, restoration, and connection, the CRH Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring individuals have access to resources and experiences that support holistic well-being and inspire hope.
